Commercial Litigation Associate

A nationally recognized Am Law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Denver office. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support all phases of complex commercial litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation-related filings
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
• Participate in depositions, witness preparation, and case management activities
• Assist with hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation
• Work directly with clients to provide strategic legal advice and litigation updates
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on sophisticated business disputes
• Participate in client development initiatives, including pitches, presentations, and networking efforts
• Contribute to business development and relationship-building activities

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably gained within a law firm environment, along with a J.D. from an accredited law school and active Colorado bar admission. Candidates should possess exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, strong analytical and legal research abilities, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple matters in a fast-paced practice. The firm is seeking an attorney who can handle sophisticated litigation work with increasing independence while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
